Four bedrooms means a room each plus space for support staff. A light-filled family, meals and kitchen hub sits at the heart of the home, with a separate living room and an alfresco for meals outside. The main bedroom has a walk-in robe and ensuite, and the laundry and double garage keep everyday life simple.

West End provides in-home support around the clock. All participants have equal input over support within the home, and you exercise your own choice and control over your West End support workers, choosing from a pool of staff.
The current residents are settled, easy-going and would love a like-minded housemate to complete their home. They enjoy time together and quiet time alike, with space for both.
Residents meet weekly with the house manager to talk menus, household events, activities and anything about the home. Shared supports are mutually agreed between housemates.
Delacombe is a friendly, growing pocket of Ballarat with everything you need nearby. Delacombe Town Centre, local GPs, shops and cafes are all close, our head office at Whitelaw Avenue is just around the corner, and the Activity & Leisure Centre at Bonshaw is a short drive, so the West End family is never far away.
